Mark Puckett is the
principal of the company. He has over 25 years experience in the project
finance sector with major banks and financial institutions. Mark has built
businesses in structured finance and led project teams in the infrastructure,
energy and power sectors in Europe and the Middle East.
Mark has advised project developers on diversification strategies, led finance
negotiations for project companies and raised billions of dollars for projects initiated
by middle east governments. As a financial adviser Mark has raised debt from
commercial banks, export credit agencies and multilateral agencies for
grassroots refineries, greenfield power projects and renewable energy projects.
Recent activities include successfully closing the
project financing for the acquisition of an interest in a UK offshore
windfarm.
